This is a blend of the three Champagne varietals with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier with a majority of Pinot Noir and 6 g/liter dosage.
Made from a selection of Grand Cru plots from the villages of Verzy and Verzenay. This very fine wine is the pure expression of its terroir showing richness, complexity and minerality.
This base wine is aged on the lees for at least 24 months, until disgorgement date mentioned on the back label.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Golden yellow.
Nose: Citrus and biscuit.
Palate: It is rounded and full with grapefruit and melon finishing on notes of vanilla and hints of toasted nuts. This wine shows great acid and balance with an exceptional mineral finish.
Other: This Champagne is ideal as an aperitif also pairs well with seafood or poultry with a cream based sauce.
