Vinification:

Albert Ponnelle produces wines using organic and biodynamic
methods.
Harvest is done by hand in the cooler hours of the morning.
Traditional vinification in barrels over 20 days. Aged in oak barrels for
14 months and slightly filtered before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Deep violet.
Nose: Fresh red berries with raspberry and gooseberry,
hints of smoke and spice.
Palate: It is well structured with soft tannins and a lingering
finish.
Other: It will pair well with poultry served with light sauces,
veal and mild and creamy cheeses.
