Handpicked early morning, delicately destalked and crushed. Cold soak maceration overnight. Inoculated and pump over every four hours.
Only free run juice, malolactic fermentation in new oak for two years.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Dark garnet.
Nose: Ripe dark berries and spice.
Palate: It is rich and fruity revealing some dark fruits mixed with spices. It is silky and soigne with a hint of white pepper on the finish. Refined and elegant.
Other: A good companion for wintry, flavorsome dishes; game, wild boar ragù or venison casserole.
