Vineyard: 3 500 Vines per hectare, fruits selected from different plots on the farm.
Soil Type: Klapmuts, Estcourt, Kroonstad.
Vine Age: Over 30 years old.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand into lug boxes and taken to the cellar to be de-stalked and chilled through a mash cooler directly into the cellar. Only free run juice is used and fermented at cool temperature using a special type of yeast until dry. Slightly oaked, with 15 % Semillon added to bring some depth and freshness.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Bright.
Nose: Tropical fruits with lime.
Palate: Slight tropical notes, green apple and lime, well balanced with great acidity.
Other: Will pair well with any seafood or salad.
