Pinyeres Blanc is a selection from old vines grown in the Montsant area.
Traditional fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tank then aged for three months on lees.
Screw cap closure.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Light gold.
Nose: Intense aromas with white peach and some toast in the background.
Palate: It is richly textured, creamy with great acidity.
Other: This wine will go very well with poultry, cream based dishes such as pasta or chicken fricassée with cream and morel mushrooms.
