Vine Age: 19 years old.

Harvest Date: 2nd half of September.


This is a blend of 20% Merlot and 80% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cold maceration for four days. The grapes of different varieties are vinified separately in steel tanks at 25 º Centigrade over seven days.
The wine is then aged for 5 months before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Color: A combination of intense cherry red with purple on the rim.
Nose: Suggestive and complex nose of berries with blackberry and blackcurrant, elegant floral notes of violets and pepper with hints of toffee.
Palate: In the mouth shows some rich ripe red fruitswith pleasant soft tannins. The wood is well integrated and the finish is clean.
Other: Drink between 12 and 16 º Centigrade. Ideal pairing with red meat, game, roasts, poultry, cured ham, or cheese.
