Vinification:

This is a blend of the traditional varietals used to make Cava; Macabeo (40%), Xarel·lo (30%) and Parellada (30%).
The still wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the traditional method. The wine is kept in the cellar for about fifteen months before disgorging.
The dosage is 8g/l.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Pale yellow color.
Nose: With aging, it has developed a fine aroma with hints of fruit.
Palate: Its has a well balanced structure with elegance and richness with an unmistakable personality. Delivers lots of lively, lemony, floral fruit with a clean, zesty finish.
Other: Good bubble detachment.
