A 6g/liter dosage Extra Brut Champagne, fewer than 8000 bottles made, for optimal aging and traceability, the disgorgement date is mentioned on the back label and each bottle is individually numbered.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Light gold, hinting at its maturity.
Nose: Fresh, lemon and brioche.
Palate: It is rich and full of ripe grapefruit and melon, which soften up in the mid-palate, followed by hints of vanilla and toasted nuts. Great acidity providing balance with a long mineral finish.
Other: This Champagne will pair well with foie gras and horseradish, grilled celery roots, cold appetizers, poultry with a creamy sauce or even cheese such as Chaource.
