Vinification:
The grapes were handpicked in the early hours of the morning allowing the grapes to retain their fruitiness and fresh natural flavors. Only the free run juice has been used. The must was settled and inoculated with selected yeast strains. fermenting under temperature controlled conditions at 12°Centigrade. Matured in French oak over 2 months.
