Vineyard:
Soil Type: Sandy loam soils.
Vine Age: 18 years old.
Irrigation: Lightly irrigated
Harvest Date: Feb 2010
Yield: Below 8 Tons per hectare

Vinification:

Grapes were handpicked very early in the morning in order to retain the pure freshness from the fruits.
Only free run juice was used, settled and inoculated with selected yeast strains. Fermented under controlled conditions at 12 °Centigrade.
No wood aging.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Light, clear color towards green.
Nose: Lightly tropical with passion fruit aroma's.
Palate: Some tropical notes accompanied by grapefruit, mineral and lime.
Other: Matches well with fresh seafood, scallops and white fish, can also be enjoyed on its own, it is fairly versatile and uncomplicated.
